SKRIBED is PepTribe's internal working record. Only the PepTribe team can sign in, with their PepTribe Google Workspace accounts. This page says what SKRIBED gets from Google and from Wispr Flow, and what it does with it.
What it gets from Google
- Signing in: your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else.
- Calendar, only if you press Connect (read-only): your own events show on your own day, and teammates see only when you are busy, never what the event is. It is read when a page needs it.
- Found for you, only if you turn it on: the titles and times of the meetings on your calendar, and the names and dates of the files in your Drive, matched against your own open jobs (see Finds, below). Their contents, including the notes Google Meet writes, are read only when you share them, and a file only when you pick it. SKRIBED never changes your files.
- Drive, only for the account that holds the team's meeting transcripts (read-only): transcript documents are copied into SKRIBED so the team can read them and see the tasks they suggest.
What it gets from Wispr Flow
- Only if you connect it, in Settings, for your own Wispr account: the titles and times of your Wispr Flow meetings with the team or the companies we work with (known by who was on them, or a title naming the business, a partner or a job), checked about every 6 hours, and which Wispr account is connected, which only you see. Any other meeting is passed over as it is listed, and Scratchpad notes are never read.
- A meeting's notes and transcript, or a note's text, are read only when you press Share on it, and only that one. Your dictations are never read.
- Where Wispr can only list meetings in answer to a search, SKRIBED searches for each of your own open jobs (at most eight), sending Wispr the job's code and up to four words from its title. Nothing else about the job leaves SKRIBED.
- Once something reaches SKRIBED, this page covers it rather than Wispr's privacy policy.
Finds: how they are matched
- The titles finds read, with a few details such as the date, are sent to an embedding service (Voyage AI's model, reached through OpenRouter), which turns each title into numbers that can be compared with your own open jobs. Titles are never sent to a chat model and never used to train AI models.
- What finds keep is encrypted on SKRIBED's server and shown only to you. A title that matches none of your jobs is kept only as an id, so it is not sent again.
- Nothing is shared without a click. Until you share something, nobody else sees what finds found, editors included.
- When you share a meeting or a note, SKRIBED fetches its content once and adds it to the record for the audience you choose: the team, or Ops only (the editors and you). From then on it is handled like any other transcript: summarised, with possible tasks suggested, and searchable by the people who may see it. A file is shared as its name and a link until you pick it.
What it does with it
- Shows it to the team inside SKRIBED, trimmed to each person's role. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not used to train AI models.
- To summarise transcripts and suggest tasks, their text is sent to the AI services SKRIBED uses: models reached through OpenRouter, which is set to use only providers that do not keep or train on it, and Z.ai's GLM. This includes a meeting or note once you have shared it, never before.
- SKRIBED's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where it is kept
On PepTribe's own server in Germany. Google and Wispr Flow sign-in tokens, finds and uploaded files are encrypted, the database cannot be reached from the internet, backups are encrypted and kept for 14 days, and every change is recorded with a name and a time.
Your choices
- Google: stop any line in Settings, or disconnect at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page.
- Wispr Flow: Pause in Settings stops the checks. Disconnect deletes SKRIBED's key and everything it found in your Wispr Flow at once. Wispr Flow has no way for an app to revoke its permission and no disconnect control, so on Wispr's side the permission lasts until your Wispr session ends. Wispr support can end it sooner.
- Something you shared stays in the record until you or an editor removes it.
- To have what SKRIBED holds about you removed, or to ask anything about this page, write to hello@peptribe.com.
